Nominations are now open to join the Disability Sport & Recreation Hawke’s Bay Committee.
We’re looking for people who want to contribute their skills, experience and perspective to an organisation working to enhance the lives of disabled people through sport and active recreation.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience or skills in:
🔹 Cultural knowledge and perspective
🔹 Treasurer/financial skills
🔹 Chairperson/Deputy Chair leadership
🔹 Governance – or willing to learn
You don’t need to have previous committee experience. If you’re interested in governance and would like the opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to the future direction of DSRHB, we’d love to hear from you.
Being part of the DSRHB Committee is a rewarding opportunity to share your skills, contribute to your community and help shape the future of disability sport and active recreation in Hawke’s Bay.
Nominations close 31 October 2026, ahead of our AGM on Saturday 28 November 2026.
